Once your order is placed, it is immediately sent to our fulfilment centre for processing and shipment.

During checkout, you can select your preferred shipping option. An estimated delivery date will be shown based on your shipping method, delivery address, and item availability.

Free Standard Shipping

  • Free shipping on orders over $70
  • Automatically applied at checkout
  • No promo code required

Standard Shipping

  • Orders under $70: $99
  • Available for most domestic addresses

Expedited Shipping

  • $20.00 for all orders
  • Faster delivery option available at checkout

Next Business Day Shipping

  • $30.00 for all orders

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will ship the next business day

Direct Signature Requirement

To ensure safe delivery, XRP MERCH may require a direct signature upon delivery for higher-value or larger orders.

If a signature is required:

  • This will be communicated in your order confirmation

  • The carrier may accept a signature from anyone at the delivery address

  • If delivery is missed, the carrier may attempt re-delivery

Please note that signature requirements cannot be changed once an order has shipped.

Additional Information

  • Free shipping applies to orders where the pre-tax subtotal exceeds $70

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on public holidays

  • Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, and U.S. Territories may ship via USPS or alternative carriers and can take 30–45 days

  • Next Business Day shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, or U.S. Territories

  • Shipping options may vary based on delivery address

  • XRP MERCH is not responsible for damage or loss after delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout

  • Orders shipped to freight forwarders are the responsibility of the customer after delivery

  • If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately. You will receive a shipping confirmation email for each shipment
